Today the first seminar we call “My favorite fears” was given for the first time.
Everybody had different fears, some were afraid of changes, some – of death, some – of being real, some – of having a lot of money… During the whole day we were looking into the eyes of our fears, realizing their meaning, changing connections with our fears, came to know our strategies and ourselves.
Sergei Kushnir played out and read the “Fear” model for each participant. He shared unique techniques developed by our center, which can help the seminar attendees to cope with their fears quicker and keep the states they need.
We thank all attendees for unique and special seminar.
See you next time at “Providnyk” systemic modeling center!
Comment of the seminar attendee:
“At the moment when all people in the group started talking about the fears they brought in today I understood that it’s all about me as well. But then a thought crossed my mind that I am most afraid of drastically changing something in my life and seems like it’s time just for such changes. Now, after the seminar it is clear why, because I am more used to always think about others…I was taught this way, I was told that thinking about myself is bad, that I am to think about people, that I am part of a community… It is amazing how difficult it was to say that by doing everything for myself and taking care of myself first, I am actually taking care of those around me…This paradox means I need to be an egoist. Hearing parents say from earliest infancy that I cannot be an egoist! Well, it appears that I need to.)) These words have turned my world upside down once again. Thanks for “swarms of goosebumps”, the phrase is quoted because it is not mine but is very precise)) Thanks once again!”
